In our One-Off Wine Series, we are stoked to introduce the 2022 Blanc. (Only 1 x 3 pack remaining!)

Made from Chardonnay and Riesling, these two varieties are not often blended, but what is in bottle is absolutely delicious. The Chardonnay is grown in Bendigo and is the unique 121 clone which has a distinct muscat character. To highlight this, we fermented it on skins for 25 days, then gently pressed into neutral oak barrels. This wine has an amazing floral nose, with a textural and saline palate. There is fine tannin that gives a drying, salivating finish.

The Riesling component (12%) was grown in Pisa, and on blending gives a freshness to the wine, along with some ginger and cumin spice notes. Together, it has created a unique vinous expression of Central Otago, built for salty food and conversation. Think tapas, especially boquerones (white anchovies).

Best served chilled.
